Mr. US Halwasiya has over 30 years of multi-functional experience in Real estate development, building construction and corporate finance. He is responsible for several aspects of the business including defining the company's strategy, business development, fund raising, among others. He is an LLB from the University of Lucknow and is widely regarded in industry circles for his in-depth knowledge and expertise. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Halwasiya Group.

 Mr. Pradeep Singhania, Director
Mr. Singhania has over 30 years of experience, and is well regarded in the specialty chemicals and commodities business. He operates out of the Singhania office in Kolkata. He graduated from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta in 1973 with a Bachelor of Commerce.

 Mr. Suresh Almal, Director
Mr. Almal is responsible for several aspects of the business including defining the company's strategy, business development, fund raising, etc. He has over 20 years of multi-functional experience and is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Almal Group. It is one of India's largest owners of commercial office properties. Mr. Almal is responsible for coordinating all financing and capital markets activities affecting Almal Group and its portfolio investments, including real estate and corporate. He also heads the manufacturing arm of the group, which is one of the largest exporters of Builder's Hardware in the country.Mr. Almal is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
