Introduction

Welldone's
proposed TechPark will be spread across 750,000. sq.ft on a 5 acre
plot, on the Gurgaon - Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Since the premises
will be approved as per the Tech Park norms of the state, it would
have sanctions for some apartments and supplemental retail space.
The complex will have an efficiency of about 75%, making it amongst
the most efficient building in the NCR region.
